What you keep after the evaluation
A written configuration summary of your resource, workload, parent visibility, and escalation rules; a sample-case decision review showing staff approvals and revisions; and a findings report comparing your current process with the configured workflow against the agreed success signal.
The written scope defines deliverable formats and evaluation access. Ongoing hosted access, production deployment, integrations, and continuation pricing are not included automatically. A no-go finding is a valid result—not a promise of learning gains or revenue.
